Donating stocks and other securities is easy. To get started, just complete the form below. This form alerts the End Alz Association of your intent to donate stock so we can instruct our financial advisors to accept delivery of your gift and properly acknowledge it for income tax purposes.
Once we have processed your request, we will send you a Stock Donation Request Form, which you can provide to your broker. This form will provide your broker with the information necessary for them to process your request.
